Ease and relieve muscles to help promote optimal health with the healing properties of Arnica, Rosemary, Wintergreen, and Camphor essential oils. This therapeutic journey eases tension and joint stiffness and helps to increase range of motion.

Your wellness journey begins with selecting your wellness intention, followed by a soak and an aromatherapy inhalation ritual to prepare the senses for deep relaxation. Your soak is followed by an exfoliating body scrub to remove dead skin cells and prepare the body to receive our relaxing Calm & Tranquility body wrap to help ease stress. With the healing properties of Lavender, Bergamot, Sage, and Vetiver essential oils, and deeply nourishing Shea Butter, you are wrapped in a comforting cocoon for approximately 20 minutes, during which time a transcendental Marma vital energy point face, scalp, and foot massage transport you to deeper peace. Your journey into deep relaxation is completed with a 50-minute aromatherapy massage with one of our custom Wellness Intention blends of your choice to experience deep relaxation, unwind, rebalance, and harmonize your body, mind, and senses. Includes lunch in our Oasis Spa restaurant.
