Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. To expedite your check-in process, complete and print the Health Questionnaires prior to arrival. Please note that the start times of services may be subject to a 15 minute change.

To begin your day of relaxation, we recommend that you allow time to enjoy our showers, steam room, sauna, indoor pool & jacuzzi, fitness center, and 4 relaxation lounges prior to your services.

The fitness center is available for guests 16 and older.

The Quiet Room, Silent Relaxation, and Inhalation Rooms offer a tranquil atmosphere, while The Oasis Lounge is the perfect space to socialize with a group of friends, or relax with a good book and enjoy one of our signature cocktails. Enjoy an attended buffet lunch at The Oasis Restaurant, and our impressive fitness and wellness offerings.

Take advantage of our fitness center, complimentary fitness classes, and indoor pool, all complimentary to spa guests.

Use of the outdoor pool complex is offered with selected spa packages* and for individual spa guests with three or more fifty minute services.

*Qualifying day spa packages include:

Rose Garden Package
Hershey Half Day
Hershey Full Day
Vacation for a Day Package
Hershey Hawaiian Escape Package
Men's Day Spa Package
Couple's Retreat Day Package
Any custom package or 3 or more 50 minute services.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify The Spa a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or re-schedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged full value.

For group appointments, please notify The Spa a minimum of 72 hours in advance should you need to cancel or re-schedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged full value.

Service Charge

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your bill for all a la carte services and Day Spa Packages.
